What areas of the country do you cover and would you be willing to travel?
We are based in Oxfordshire but we also cover weddings Avon, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Dorset, Gloucestershire, Hampshire, London, Middlesex, Northamptonshire, Surrey, Sussex, and Wiltshire and further afield.
We are more than happy to travel be it in the UK or internationally.
What is your wedding photography style?
Our style combines both documentary / reportage with contemporary photography and a smattering of formal groups tailored to complement you and your wedding. Probably 90% is capturing the moment.
How long is your photography coverage?
We are full day coverage from bridal/groom prep all the way through to after the first dance. If you have something special going on later like fireworks, we are more than happy to stay on as it’s part of your wedding. There is no time limit, so you don’t need to worry about the photographer.
What is included in your wedding packages?
All our packages include a pre-wedding consultation, an engagement shoot, a reccy at your wedding Venues, a photographer for the day, a USB of high resolution fully edited photographs, and a private online gallery holding all the photographs, available to purchase as prints or downloads.
On top of this, our album packages include personally designed albums.
What albums/books do you have available?
We have a large selection of British Made Coffee Table books, in a superb range of colours and styles with Soft Leathers, Linen, Printed covers with optional embossing, photo in-lays or matts. Parent albums are available as part of a wedding package or as an add on.
How many wedding photographs would I receive on the USB?
You receive all the photos we present to you, we don’t limit the number. Depending on photographic opportunities you will typically will receive between 600-1000 photographs on the USB, all high-res and fully edited, for a full day.
Will I get the option of colour or black and white wedding photographs?
We photograph in colour and then present a lovely mixture of image in colours and black/white, we go with what each picture looks best as and how the style suits your day. However if you prefer all colour or all black+white we can accommodate this too.
How long after the Wedding before I see my photographs?
Normally 2-3 weeks after the wedding, we will have edited all the photos for you to view on-line.
How does the album design process work?
Once you have chosen your favourite photos we set about designing your album. Once designed, we will send you a draft copy of the album design for you to review. There is no limit on the number of revisions that you can make. Once you are entirely happy we send it for production and it be ready for you in about 3 weeks.
Are you insured?
Yes we have both public liability and indemnity insurance. Some public venues do require to have a copy of the photographers insurance and we are happy to provide this.
Do you have a 2nd photographer option?
For the majority of our weddings we tend to work alone, but if you wish to have a 2nd photographer the additional cost is £125.
How much deposit do you require to make a booking?
We do require a deposit of £100 to secure your date. On receiving your deposit we will send you our Contract and Schedule document for you to sign and fill in.
Will we get to meet you before the wedding day?
Yes. If you take up the option for an engagement shoot we will meet up a few months before your wedding. Depending upon your availability we will arrange a pre-wedding meeting at your wedding venues so that we can discuss your photography in situ. We recommend that we meet in the week before your wedding so that the light and the grounds look much as they will on your Wedding Day, we will also have a good idea of the weather by then.
